The Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, is seeking a tenure-track assistant professor in the area of satellite remote sensing. The successful applicant will be expected to develop an active research program, supervise graduate students, and teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses. Candidates whose research interests are in the global or regional scales will be considered. They should also have a strong disciplinary expertise in physical meteorology and/or dynamics. A Ph. D. in atmospheric or oceanic sciences or a closely-related field is required.
