The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is currently seeking applicants for a postdoctoral research position in the Atmospheric Chemistry and Meteorology Group of the Atmospheric Sciences and Global Change Division. Responsibilities will include publishing research results and making presentations about research conducted on reducing scale dependence of model parameterizations.
The successful candidate must have received a PhD within the past five years, be familiar with WRF and/or CESM models, be fluent in modern Fortran, have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and possess a demonstrated ability to analyze observations and use them to evaluate and understand model results.
